Sunday was the celebration of US Independence. David and Dana spent the day in scorching 94F/36C heat out at Yankee Stadium whilst I spent the after re-organizing my wardrobe and cataloguing my shoes.....more on that later.
After a BBQ at home,we walked down to the Hudson River that was completely packed to watch the fireworks.
It was a good effort from NYC, but it was no New Years Eve on the Sydney Harbor!
